Course Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all online and in-person beauty, nail, and related educational courses, trainings, workshops, masterclasses, and digital products (collectively, the "Courses") offered through this website ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, booking, accessing, or attending any Course, you agree to be legally bound by the terms below.

1. Course Delivery & Access

Online Courses

Online Courses are digital content supplied electronically. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to course materials, which may include videos, PDFs, downloads, pre-recorded or live lessons, and private platforms or groups.

In-Person Courses

In-person Courses are delivered at a physical location on a specific date and time. When you book an in-person Course, you are reserving a limited-capacity space that is allocated exclusively to you.

Due to instant digital access and limited in-person availability, all sales are final.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy (UK Consumer Law Compliant)

ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

By completing your purchase or booking, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

For online Courses, you consent to immediate digital access and expressly waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Once access to digital content has begun, you lose the legal right to cancel or receive a refund.
For in-person Courses, no refunds will be issued for non-attendance, cancellation, illness, travel disruption, change of mind, personal circumstances, late arrival, or early departure.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction, lack of engagement, failure to complete the Course, or failure to achieve expected outcomes.
Refunds will not be issued if you claim you misunderstood the Course content, skill level, requirements, or suitability.

This policy is in place because digital content cannot be returned and in-person spaces cannot be resold once reserved.

3. Transfers, Substitutions & Rescheduling

Course places cannot be transferred to another person.
Course dates cannot be changed or rescheduled unless we agree in writing.
If you fail to attend an in-person Course for any reason, your payment is forfeited.

Any discretionary exception does not set a precedent or create an obligation for future cases.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Any chargeback or dispute raised after purchase or access will be treated as a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

Revoke access to online materials immediately
Refuse attendance or certification
Submit evidence of access, agreement, and attendance to payment providers
Recover administrative, legal, and processing costs incurred

5. Course Changes & Availability

Course content may be updated, amended, or removed at any time.
In-person Course dates, venues, schedules, or educators may be changed where reasonably necessary.
Online Course access is provided for the duration stated on the sales page or, if unstated, for a reasonable period.
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are breached.

6. No Guarantees or Results Disclaimer

No guarantees are made regarding skill level, income, business success, client outcomes, certification, or professional qualification.

Any examples, demonstrations, or testimonials are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, experience, and external factors.

7. Educational Purpose & Legal Compliance

All Courses are provided for educational purposes only.

Training does not replace:

UK licensing or local authority requirements
Accredited or regulated qualifications
Insurance obligations

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable UK laws, health and safety regulations, local council rules, and insurance requirements relevant to beauty and nail services.

8. Health, Safety & Practical Training (In-Person Courses)

Participation in practical training is entirely at your own risk.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse outcomes arising from products, tools, or techniques used during or after training.
You must disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or physical limitations before attending.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All Course materials are protected under UK intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, share, upload, or allow third-party access to any Course content, whether online or in person.

Unauthorised use may result in immediate removal from training, termination of access, and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to:

Loss of income or business opportunity
Client complaints or claims
Personal injury or property damage
Misuse or misapplication of Course techniques

Your participation in any Course is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:

Your participation in any Course
Services you provide to clients
Breach of these Terms

12. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny access, or remove any participant from a Course without refund if these Terms are breached or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, booking, accessing, or attending any Course, you confirm that you:

Agree to the strict non-refundable nature of all payments
Accept these Terms & Conditions in full
